Scope

This policy covers civilnex.com and the forms on it. Data you process inside Civilnex products — including the contractor platform and Report Studio — is governed by your customer agreement with Civilnex. See Security for how that data is protected.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, specialty, preferred meeting time and time zone, and your message.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our servers log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule demos or evaluations
• To send information you have asked for about Civilnex products
• To operate, maintain, and secure the website

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example, our hosting and email delivery providers — and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law or as part of a business transfer.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@civilnex.com.

Security

Civilnex is SOC 2 compliant and applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to the information we hold.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
